Overview

The website creates no user accounts and stores no server-side visitor profiles. In addition to technical operation, data is processed when you actively request AI education features or access external services such as LinkedIn.

Processing in detail

• Hosting: The hosting provider processes technically necessary server log data (e.g. IP address, timestamp, user agent) to deliver and secure the website based on legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Display: Your chosen language and colour scheme (light/dark) are stored locally in the browser (localStorage) – without server-side storage.
• AI education features: when you request an learning path (including /en/ausbildung/ai-path), training-record draft, oral-exam exercise, AI exam simulation or a question to a trainer, training year or exam part, learning field, optional focus and voluntarily entered technical text are processed server-side; AI features are sent to OpenRouter and its selected model provider. Do not enter personal, confidential or real company data. Yearly learning packages stay in process memory for no more than 24 hours; exam simulations with grading rubrics for no more than 2 hours. Automated learning paths, test scores and trainer questions are stored server-side as JSON under EDUCATION_DATA_DIR (no visitor profiles, no authentication; trainer dashboard requires an operator secret). Technical IP addresses are processed for rate limiting for no more than one hour. A third-country transfer may occur depending on the provider.
• Fonts: Web fonts are bundled via Next.js; the browser does not fetch font files from Google servers.
• External links: When you click LinkedIn or other external pages, the privacy policies of the respective provider apply.
